wondering..can we pay car loan (public bank) using credit card (of any bank)?

Called the customer service for other enquiry. At the same time I request to set SMS notification to rm 1. He insists SMS notification is for purchase above rm1000 only while online purchase is above 1 cent!!!

really? so far i never got any sms when i pumped petrol

really? i thought i read somewhere in this forum that cimb didn't allow to set notofication at rm1, only maybank can

I just called the CS, she told me that SMS transaction alert for retail is more RM500 (Normal is RM1,000). For online is when receive the TAC, If without TAC, more then 1 cent it will send an SMS transaction alert

Can we have the email please? BNM will surely take action if couple of us file complaints.

Hi guys, I would like to discontinue my CIMB credit card once it expired on October this year. Do I need to give them a call first or they will auto discontinue it for me? Thanks. 

So if I called them, will they still deduct the RM50 Government Tax?

a yr later, they now give me new visa infinite, allow me to redeem the expiring points, transfer pts balance to new card.

anybody received this?

the answer is yes or no? yes is not correct because CIMB has more than 1 branch in KL but no seems inappropriate since this kind of question usually comes with an answer of YES.

have to wait 4-6weeks after the 60-days of the card activation...
