Wanna ask - any chance of asking CIMB to convert my VI to PVI.

I dont have any current/saving with them..thanks

As for VI (I), you have to pay annual fee?

Just a note... Cimb debit card cost rm15 per year. It's not a whole lot of money, but i just hate it. Lol.
