use a face scrub that exfoiliates then use a deep cleansing face wash, most would usually advice against pinching.

as soon as you scrape them off. However, dosent work for blackheads and whiteheads embedded deeper or too small tho. that one need pore pack.

it's better not to scrap it, your hurting yourself and worse, leaving scars. i have blackheads too, but since mine is only around the T-zone so I use ZA facial peel-off mask. It's pretty good, apply it like mask, and once it dries up, you can just peel it off and you see the blackheads stcking on it. it works almost like the Biore peel-off thingie that sticks on the nose.

but if those heads are really stubborn not peeling off no matter how you wash your face, then better go for a facial at any beauty centre.

lol depends at which beauty center you go I guess. I've seen them using a metal stick and "dig" for the unwanted stuff out. tongue.gif and it's painful, VERY painful.

you can use any facial scrub (those containing scrubbing beads) if you don't want mask. I'm not sure which brand is more suitable but decent ones that you can get in any drugstore will be alright.
I'm not sure if what I did was right or not. Before I scrub my face, I use warm water to clean my face first to let the pores open. Then only I scrub. Other than that, sometimes NBTD tongue.gif , I used my finger wrapped with tissue and slowly scrap out the heads. And it actually works for me sweat.gif

i heard my fren said the product Cellnique is good for removing blackheads. Those pore packs thing is not very good coz it'll make ur pores bigger. The promotion for cellnique ends today at mid valley where for rm130+, u'll get the removing blackhead product plus u'll get a free package, in the package is small small bottles of cleanser stuff.

If next time u just wanna buy the cellnique removing blackhead product, i think it's around 100++ but maybe minus the free package.

i've been to the dermologist center, and the use a tiny pin-size tool to poke the blackhead areas, and eventually the heads are removed.

After the whole session, you'll probably lose your voice(cause you scream so loud other customers can hear it sweat.gif )

And 1 more thing, your face will "kembang" like fa lo han tongue.gif So it's better to stay at home for a few days to let the swollen areas subside.

Viola, smooth skin but will leave some pores onto your face. But then again, you can use some facial products to close up the holes. biggrin.gif
