i tried calling a few and all the doctors i called are apparently not available and not knowing when
they will be returning.

preferably a psychologist first rather then psychiatrist, as want to avoid taking medications.

Depends on your problem. If you requires assessment of mental health, than I would recommend a clinical psychologist in QE Hospital or Likas under their Psychiatric department. If you are having problem and need someone to talk to, find a counsellor, either in hospitals, or a cheaper option would be in UMS.

located at Kingfisher Plaza, but only open on Saturdays i believe. I think i'll give them a visit and see how it can improve on the depression my loved one is having for these few years.

Because my husband have depression and it was like eating him up.

Im looking for like support group or anything relevent to his problem.

unfortunately, we haven't had the time to until now. I'll see what i can do in these few days to pay them a visit and update in this thread.

for the mean time, please don't lose hope and keep the communication between you and your husband intact. No matter how hard, please remember good things will eventually come your way.
