LCD panel tends to weakened over time, making the colour looked wash out. DLP is more stable in that case.or someone can answer thanks....scotty!!!! |

don;t need to worry about the LCD panels changing color lar.. as long as you are not using it continously for long stretches like 1000 hours non stop , it's not that serious lar..
besides, with 720p LCD nearly 1/2 the price of competing DLP 720p .. you can afford to buy 2 LCD proj. summore with free bulbs.. |

AE900 is really a bargain. I mean if you deduct the bulb from the price, it will only cost RM4.8K+. Considering it is a 720p projector, nothing come close to it, at least for now.

That's the common problem due to prolong heat at LCD panel. However, like we said before in KLIAV show, by the time the panle gives up, you have already changed to 1080p projector. besides, with 720p LCD nearly 1/2 the price of competing DLP 720p .. you can afford to buy 2 LCD proj. summore with free bulbs.. Bro, 1/2 the price, twice the running hours (due to the free bulb) and at the similar pic q. I find the optoma HD72 rather strange. It is not entirely 'ture' 16:9. It is 16:10, just like comp LCD TV screen size. |

QUOTE(kvn1080 @ Jul 29 2006, 01:31 AM) Hiya Kvn,You can try Hifi Choice at Midlands One stop in Pulau Tikus. I see them listing Sanyo as one of their models under projectors in their website. Let me warn you first that it won't be cheap. Regards Dirtrun |

if you're on a budget, try the cheap Dell projectors...it's DLP and produce quite good video...and now for only around rm2500 u'd get a free screen too...and the bulb is damn cheap too...around rm600 only i think
still, the best part is that Dell has this 14-day money back guarantee thingy... have fun! |

Bro, saw the MP2300 and its smaller siblings. Maybe my eyes are a little too sensitive. Dell has apparent rainbow effects (at least to my eyes)

Hiya,
Is the Panny Ae900 @ 6.5k with free bulb package good for the Musical Image store in Sg Besi, KL only. I am from up north, so is there any shops up here that can do this price as well? Thank you. Dirtrun |
