why are we talking about cinemaphotography standards about drama?
korean movie(not drama) has good control on lightings
the fps stuff are very much standard
bokeh is not essential in movies, it only looks good in wedding videos

movie standard is built up from dramas, people shoot dramas to practise & use it as fundamentals, so if the drama quality is bad, movie quality won't be that great, that is why many production hire foreign talents.

nope, generally korean movies are dark & gritty themed, exploiting human taboo, revenge & full of plot twist. kdrama don't have the liberty to shoot these stuffs on public tv so its the usual weeping human relationship crap.
