Sent in my Dell Inspiron laptop for cleaning today as the fan was really noisy and laptop was overheating. Got back my laptop after a few hours in a much better condition after the cleaning. Thank you very much for your service!

Sent in my 4 year old Dell Inspiron laptop to stealth89 as it was overheating up to 90° Celcius whenever I played Dota.

He cleaned the dust and applied Cooler Master E2 thermal paste (higher end and more expensive) at no extra charge. Also, I arrived at his house earlier than promised to pickup my laptop but he was outside. He immediately rushed home and skipped lunch to give me my laptop back. That's what I call great customer service

Now my laptop temperature goes up to max. 65° Celcius when I play Dota

I must say, TS is really good at what he is doing. In fact, he is meticulous and tidy. I sent in my 4 years old laptop for him to clean up and re-format.

He actually spent time to clean the entire laptop, explaining to me what is he going to do, and even explain what he has installed for me.

My laptop is as good as new now and i am very satisfied with his service.

Thumbs up for his genuine effort and service.

I have only one word to describe the cleaning service, MAGNIFICENT!!!
I passed my laptop to him at 11am, and at 12pm he already texted me saying my laptop servicing is done.
What i appreciate most is even though i just casually asked to help me update my BIOS, he actually did it with no extra cost.
Other than that, pictures of the disassembly are provided by him. Although there's not much after service picture, only the thermal paste picture because he was rushing to get my laptop ready for collection.

Thanks for rushing to fix my computer even when you have a friend to catch ltr on. Will definitely come back for any future services

Just got my hp laptop cleaned and reapplied thermal paste by TS today, great service and saved my 4 years old laptop around 20 degree celcuis drop

Hi , I have a Asus A43S laptop , currently when turning on the laptop the temperature starts at 78C , and max out at 99C , with very loud fan noise.

May i know how long will it take and where do we meet at ? Thx

Just sent my almost 5 years old Lenovo Y580 to TS today.

When the GPU usage is 100%, the maximum temperature used to go as high as 94 degree celcius and caused sudden frame drop in game.

Now the maximum temperature drops till 70 degree celcius! Later today, TS followed up with me and suggested to turn off intel turbo boost to bring down the temperature even further.

Brought an ASUS G73JH and a Lenovo G850 for cleaning. He cleaned everything and pasted it. My laptop which used to become so noisy even at the opening of my Chrome(with lots of tabs) is silent now! The heat vent also doesn't disperse very hot air now. My 7 year old gaming rig feels like a brand new baby!

age: ~8years, i think

issue: overheating due to dust accumulated for years!

pain-in-the-ass issue: laptop screen most of the time is blank during cold boot. must "exercise" the lcd screen+hinge to make sure the LCD works. sometimes certain angle will work. if i shake it or moved the screen, it turned to white/blank. repeat "exercise" again. i suspect due to dust and poor connection of the lcd -> mainboard.

why i keep it: works flawless, i do maintain the OS/software, except the heat and screen issue. cannot find anymore laptop with 11.6" size, except those newer/expensive ultrabooks/or even Dell XPS 13 (been itchy to get this baby!)
