anybody who know how to make those two? help me please.. one is "NEW" tag like a-lot-of-edges star and got the NEW text..
and anyone know how to make "cop" stamp effect? wanna make tags for program.. thanks.. |

you could use photoshop default shape...
btw, anyone know where can i download all the default shape/path for photoshop... i lost mine.. |
