Just wanna know which is better cuz its the first time for me to get a mech, I was using an Microsoft membrane keyboard since many many years ago. So which I should choose? I type a lot and game now and then too. smile.gif Hope to hear from u guys.

MX Browns. No brainer choice

thanks for the reply. biggrin.gif I'm really new to these mech thingy. What I read from online and reviews is red is more noisier without tactile bump whereas the brown is more silent with the tactile bump is it? smile.gif

Well well well, guess who showed up. tongue.gif

Get red if you want low actuation force with no tactile feedback (the click).
Get the brown if you want a slight tactile feedback but not as much as MX Blues.

I think Brown will suit your needs, but it's best you go to a seller and try the switches yourself before you make the decision.

Whoa didn't expect to see u here! Haha.
I think with so many of you recommending brown, I will go for the brown. smile.gif Will get it this Wednesday and see how it goes. smile.gif
Just wondering one more thing, is all mech keyboard can be modded to add backlit led in it? Or only certain ones?

Since the keyboard is free, then nothing to complain about the non-standard keyboard layout of this cherry 2.0 board.
You will not able to get full keycaps set replacement because the caplock is strangely offcenter. Other than that, everything is fine in this keyboard.

It's a good start for you in the mechanical keyboard journey.
Anyway, nice looking keyboard with lower profile keycaps.  nod.gif

xD Last time I don't understand why people wanna spend so much on mech keyboard. But the first time when I plug in the mech kb and start typing it really felt so different compared to membrane. smile.gif
Hehe thanks again for u guys input really sastified with it. ^^

Top is the Cherry 2.0.
Those normal offcenter from GH gb is for master race.

But still not a dealbreaker, there is always an easy solution for a problem.

You can mod the stem by yourself to fit your keyboard.

doh.gif but wanna know is it possible to mod an LED into it. I'm more curious about that. biggrin.gif

I'm buying keycaps from Originative. See if you like anything from there amd we share costs. Maybe the Blank Reds for WASD would look nice.
