Mechanical keyboard have 3 common layouts (actually have a lot more, but I only list out more general):
- full size

- tenkeyless (TKL)

- 60%

About that keyboard that sell ~RM800, not mainly because the clear switch. Clear switch not considered very rare. You still able to get stock keyboard for MX Clear like CODE keyboard.
It's because that keyboard is korean custom keyboard, 38GT. The casing of that keyboard is aluminum.
If you notice carefully the 38GT in the garage sales, you will see that the modifiers keys at spacebar row is different from the poker II.


Poker II not a high end keyboard, but is a decent and very good keyboard.
Highly customized keyboard, can add LED, can change aluminum casing, etc.

CODE keyboard just a keyboard designed by programmers. Some programmers like the switch heavier, so CODE offered MX Green and MX Clear.
Not necessary that keyboard for programming. IMO, that CODE is not worth because the shipping fee from US is overkill.

I'm using HHKB Professional 2 (Topre) for programming, another daily keyboard is Filco Majestouch 2 TKL (MX Brown). Both keyboards also no LED.
You may research these 2.

Razer switch is cherry clone switch by Kailh(China).
Bad quality reported. You can consider Razer out of the normal mechanical keyboard league.

Ya, blue switch is loud in clicky sound.

Blue quite loud, not suitable use in cubicles or office.
If you insist, maybe you will rage at you and hit you.

Filco Majestouch 2 TKL is the best in TKL for the build quality, typing experience.
Definitely the best. No gimmicks, all quality.

Why you interested in 60% ? The layout? or price?
If you like the layout, I would recommend you go get Poker II instead of any TKL keyboard.

Long time ago, during first time choose mkb, I also bought a backlit one. 
Don't worry, Poker II do have version that backlit installed.
But I do recommend the one without backlit, as the stock keycaps set is pbt, won't get shiny even after long time typing.
Backlit keycaps is abs, will get shiny after a month or two of intensive typing.

Compact keyboard is good, because you get everything you need from the keyboard.

Look, it's easy to select a keyboard. See budget how much, then buy lor. Filco and Ducky (not Ducky Zero) have similar build quality, but I think Filco is slightly better.

Anything else is tier 2, unless you're talking about cheap China stuff, then it's probably tier 3 already.

T2 probably stuff like Rosewill, CM Storm, Ducky Zero, etc.

Don't ask me about DasKeyboard or WASD Code because the price you paying for international shipping better spend it on keycaps.

Which is another whole new can of worms
