True, there's nothing wrong with detachable cables. However my experience with this Blackwidow Tourney is that the USB connection is not all that solid. It's a great keyboard as well, my main gripe is when I move it, the keyboard disconnects and reconnects after 5 seconds or so. Annoying during an online gaming match like CS:GO.

Tenkeyless is fine with me, I never used the numpad much anyway. Space saving too, but backlits are something I'm drawn too (probably novelty factor).

Tough call. I'd love a solid keyboard, but I've never had a backlit keyboard (as I've mentioned in previous posts, it's a novelty factor).
