Why after get HHKB, won't think of other keyboard?

After kmac i thought i can stop for a while..
then i start to sell most of my orders.
but now getting worse.

because already burned a big hole in the wallet and might need to eat indomee for a few weeks?!

Anybody knows where to get spare costart stabs and the inserts? Kinda need filco/filco imitation ones, because the stupid board's one s sucks.

uhm, im going to buy my 1st mechanical keyboard, it is seems from the net, the brown switches is good for me.... and thing is, should i go for cm quickfire tk or quickfire pro? or any other suggestion?

Quickfire Pro/Stealth or TK is fine, it's depends on your preference layout.
MX brown do have tactile feedback, is balance switch, good for typing, and gaming.
If you do not need the LED features on keyboard, I would suggest you go for Filco Majestouch 2 TKL. I meant tenkeyless version of Filco, not full layout.

Yeap, just as quovadis123 suggested, get Filco if you don't need the LED or the numpad, Filco is one darn solid board, compare to the CM TK which has more keys and stuff (LEDs) Filco TKL is heavier, each key press feels really good even though it's just ABS keycaps (well, keycaps is much later poison).


On other note: I have tried the CM TK, the MX Brown has much more tactile feel, even though it's from the same Cherry switches , does the Filco monster plate makes it so solid that the tactile feels (vibration) doesn't feedback to the keycaps?
Btw, I'm also aiming at CM TK at first but got "cucuk" hard enough to take Filco, darn the "drugs" really works on me...

filco tkl is my next seriously~ blue or green switch

So far Filco only has Blue switch, but I have yet to try the feedback of Filco on Blue switch, with my MX Brown I can assume the sound and tactile feedback on the Blue may be much less, probably not going to satisfy some who really likes the click-clack feedback of the Blue and especially Green.
Goes Geekhack, some even recommend the Model M.
