FX6350 have 6 Cores,the Core i5 4440 have 4 Cores and 4 Threads.
Even though the FX6350 has more cores,it only beats the i3 4130 by just .01..

Let's say,if you're going to get AMD FX8320 and MSI 970A-G43 motherboard,it's gonna be a bad decision.Since AMD FX8320 is a power hungry CPU,you need a Mobo with good VRM cooling(Is that how do you say it? ),if you use the MSI 970A-G43 mobo with AMD FX8320,it'll throttle the CPU.. It's better to get a Mobo with 8 or 8+2 VRM phase counts if u're gonna use AMD FX8xxx series and above.
