1) is this psu ok? because i saw in youtube that requirment is 700w
2)im using intel ig3220 . will i havebottleneck issue on my rigs as im only playing dota2?

but there is no harm in bottleneck right? coz im planning to get the gpu n psu this month, then next mnth i'll get i5 4670k.. after i buy the cpu, then i will play high end game like titanfall/crysis etc..

Kinda too low budget. If up a bit RM 200 or so I think I can manage but cheap monitor tho if you don't mind.
