Well to put it in a way, the OC version of the 760 is slightly better and will give you an extra fps.

If you got the money, go for it. I think it's like 10-19[? Dunno didn't check yet] extra fps or maybe even more.

It has a better cooling design,pre-OCed and can OC further(which can go as high as 13% quicker than the normal GTX760,depends on what kinda game you play)without worrying the temp..

Between theGainward GTX760 Phantom 2GB GDDR5 you mentioned is single axial fan ! Some use up to 3 fan like those in gigabyte 760 ! Some are twin fan

What the differences ? Is one fan lose out cooling effect to 3 fan ?

Whoever said that...IT'S NOT true!It doesn't do any FPS increase. This is the only difference between H87 Motherboards and B85 Motherboards. wink.gif Read the comparison of a B85 and H87 motherboard.
http://www.asrock.com/mb/compare.asp?Selec...l1ty+B85+Killer

You can't really compare between those two, since Sapphire is AMD's partner(Is that how you say it? unsure.gif ),Leadtek is NVidia's partner.Sapphire have 2 Years of Warranty and Leadtek has 3 iinm.

Yeap, Leadtek,Palit,Zotac,EVGA and Gainward I think are the only manufacturers that only do Nvidia's card only. MSI,ASUS,Gigabyte do both and XFX only does Sapphire. I think hmm.gif
