True, and it also dont have 80% rate. Raider 650w at RM255 is best bang i believe. Or S12II 620w at RM299.
I try to do some search for the best PSU at RM300 below money can buy.  laugh.gif

it's not too bad of a psu, true it doesn't have 80 plus certificate and the caps aren't all polymer/japanese made, probably the ripple on the 12v rails are not good aswell sweat.gif but it has serves me quite well, fairly quiet too. Bought it around rm170 the last time so yeah price point back then for me was quite good ( i don't oc or do some crazy benchmarks) . But yeah if can expand the budget to rm200 or above just get seasonic for a peace of mind.

will change it once i upgrade my gpu again though blush.gif

Can try Antec/FSP.

Other than the "Crapxon" they are pretty much some good and reliable PSU.

MS Office, Adobe CS6 and Gaming ... many times all at the same time & on for 24/7.  laugh.gif

looks like a good build , the gtx 770 is powerful enough to play most current games at max settings @1080P , if you're not going to oc/or add multiple cards setup , just get the xeon and a h87/b85 chipset mobo. Spend the extra cash on adding more ram or upgrading the gc to gtx 780 or amd r9-290.

h87/b85 chipset mobo? room for 1SSD + 6 HDD + 2ODD? hmm.gif
*
nope not enough , the most h87 mobo i see is 6 sata3 while b85 4 sata3 and 2 sata2 . Meanwhile the asrock z87 extreme 4 do support 8 sata3 . Why you need so much storage? running a server is it? ohmy.gif
