An i7 and Intel Xeon only do like 1-2 FPS increase.So for gaming,go for i5.

Since you're doing AutoCAD and Solid Works,go for Intel Xeon E3 1230 V3 3.3Ghz RM799.

Gaming monitors?Idk much about that..

But monitors that i'd recommend are Dell P2314H(It doesn't have HDMI though.. ),Asus VX239H,AOC i2369VM,LG 23EA53V,Viewsonic VX2370S/SMH,Dell S2240L.(450-700 range)
