long time lurker here, but been reading the forum for quite some time now.

I just remembered - are you using enamel or lacquer? I might remember having some peeling from enamel spray paints but it was a loooong time ago since i last used enamel.

If you are using lacquer, I don't recall experiencing any chipping on lacquer sprayed models. I would think it might peel if there are oils on the parts I have not been washing the trees before building for at least 2 years now.


By the way, is there any news for the Daban PG strike rouge? release date should be around soon and I skipped the dragon momoko strikes to PO 2 of that (would be annoying if they release a normal strike colored next - which chances are, they will).

I need to check up on my old spray paints too. i think some of them maybe acrylic with which i don't remember having problems.

It's nice that they copied the pinkish grand slam, but i don't know .... something seems off with the strike rouge itself. shouldn't some of the armors be a little yellowish?

The grand slam apparently is not pinkish, but so far (the pics are loading slowly from that site only), it seems good

Runner R of pg strike rouge looks disappointing

Do you mean PG Strike Rouge or are we getting a normal Strike color?
If Rouge - good for you. My seller just informed me that shipping from China had some delays. I will get my

Since Daban has been copying the newer PGs, I do hope they copy PG Unicorn (with lights) very soon. PG Unicorn is just sooooo nice to display.

speaking of daban mg strike rm, in dachong, they have pictures of all the packs. but since i can't read chinese, i am just guessing that it is the free one with pg rouge.

alright - I just got the news that my Strike Rouges have arrived to my supplier. hopefully they reach me by weekend

A news from my new seller , Daban PG Unicorn has an add-on purchase for the light units
Even the base unit costs a bit more than the Strike Freedom though - 350 yuan. light unit is 150 yuan.

As for me, I'm more inclined with the Daban one.
Direct copy means lower chance of fitting issues or loose parts (I'm looking at you DM strike and tallgeese 3)

I haven't ran into any major issues on building Daban's PGs so far (Strike Freedom and Strike Rouge. My 00 Raiser and Astray RF are not yet built).

That's good. but I thought that a lot of other people also reported problems with the DM strike's hands.

Also, beside the pictures of the DM PG Unicorn's head and skirts, is there any news about it? I haven't seen any.
Or new updates/news on the Daban one too, if anyone know of any.

It seems that DM producing PG unicorn is good for us as it makes Daban more competitive with the freebies.

I am not 100% sure since I am not speaking the same language as the shop I PO, but I think that the first batch will have the full armor included. This seems to be the reason why some shops here are not finalizing the total cost yet (particularly the shipping cost). This on top of Daban lowering their price than previously announced (again, i am basing it on google translate )

Any chance that anyone can confirm on these rumors/news? I have attached the image of the post about the pricing.

Nice, I think you were able to get a good price on this. I am assuming you order from Taobao to get this price?. Since I am currently in Thailand, I usually PO from local sellers here.

I should try to explore and learn from you on how you order
