IMO, its because bootleg have been copying 'new' one (PG 00, Nu) which still gave them alot of profit. If its just the old one (old MG), which B don't sell much anymore, I don't think they cared much. To be fair on B* side, they did all the designs and engineering, so it's understandable why they become twitchy over this matter. But it's China, I guess they can get away with almost anything, plus B* is not a company with influence like Apple or Google
