Non-precut means, if you soak the whole sheet in water,  it'll come out as a large square 'slide' with all the logo/sign on it

Precut means, when soak whole sheet in water, it'll come out individual 'slides'

AFAIK, all China waterslides are precut as I mentioned, only those Samueldecals designs are non-precut

Yes, it's only my wishful thinking that these waterslides can be further cut like those normal stickers (think RG stickers). Which means, I don't need to separate each decal into tiny pieces, instead just use tweezer.
