If you're exercising regularly, and if you feel you are losing bodyfat yet your bodyweight is increasing, the extra muscle mass could account for that because muscle weights more than fat. In this case, DON'T use the weighing scale as an indication. Use the mirror, the mirror never lies.
IF your weight gain is mostly bodyfat, then it could be your faulty diet. You mentioned that you have 2 meals a day? You're skipping breakast probably or going a long period without a meal. That'll slow down your metabolsim and when you eat a large meal again, bam! Weight gain.
