you see for the past 2 weeks,i already control my diet.No soda,No supper.Just 2 meals a day.

and I drinking slimming tea also.....

but the weight cannot go down also wan?

any problem with my body?

Im now 71 kg standing at 178cm++

before that i was 67 kg..i remember for 2 weeks..i have being eating Chilis..then my weight shoot up and cannot come down anymore...

Right now it keep increasing lar..is my hormone unbalance?

Coz my feet very thin..but my top so big and heavy..cacat lar..

somemore i very easily hungry..rite after eat....after 2 hours hungry d...is it my stomach got worms?

i very lazy do exercise..so wat should i do?

u currently have BMI 22 .... which consider very good. when u are 67 kg ur BMI is around 21.xxx .... is still very good wat biggrin.gif

Yeah that's what I thought too!! Don't worry man, you are not overweight. Just do some exercise to tone up.

me oso... rise 10kg after leave college.. coz last time i eat less n walk to school. but now got money to eat more food and din walk to work.. drink slimming tea is juz a waste of $. once u stop , u gain back ur weight.. unless u wanna drink it forever.. it make no difference unless u exercise consistently

why are you eating 2 meals a day? eat the normal 3 and exercise.


BMI = useless, its a formula giving you your height - weight ratio, what ever happened to body fat and muscle mass and bone density?

darklight according to his bmi would be obese but clearly he's not obese.

Dude im 76KG and should be abit shorter than you..
Should be above average but obiously not very fat..

Dieting arent about not eating or eat less..
Its eating healthy and excersice healty.

The reason why im worrry is....my leg very thin..but my chest and top quite big....
when i walk..i feel that my legs dont have enough strength to carry my body and my leg will be exhausted...i also can feel heavy weight on top drop on my legs..

my body is like a chicken..but the leg like kaki ayam

I know my weight and my height is ideal....but i prefer im standing at 178 cm ...weighing at 67 to 69 kg....I want to maintain that...BMI also ideal..

but i see myself in the mirror...im not fat but not muscular either...not those lembik skin..it's tight but cannot see muscle..but my bone is quite thin..so where is all the weight?i wonder where the weight at so i can exercise on it...

i think my chest lar..it's quite wide nowadays...

somemore dont know why..when my weight shoots up...im so lembik not strong like i used to be....

last time during school days im 70++ kg..i can even lift myself 2 times with my right hand,do one hand pumping...go to play those arcade boxing machine sure score 130++..thats why i even have the guts to challenge darklight79 for arm-wrestling..kekekkee..

now use 2 hands also cannot lift up myself.....

do i need to go back to exercise?

alot of people dont realise that theres alot more fat that you cant see, just because you dont look fat doesnt mean you dont have alot of it.

how much is ur waistline?
try to pinch ur skin on ur stomach. if its thickness is less than .5 inch, then u can say that u can't find the fat.

haha... with my weight and height, 65kg and 167cm, i also can punch those machine into 120 lar. Those are secondary school days. Now the weight dropped too much, last count was 56kg sweat.gif WTF!!!

You are not overweight from your weight and your height. You are just ok.

But if you still want to loose it...you have to exercise. Can't just eat less.

A normal jog everyday for 20 minutes will do. biggrin.gif
