Dude im 76KG and should be abit shorter than you..
Should be above average but obiously not very fat..
Dieting arent about not eating or eat less..
Its eating healthy and excersice healty.

The reason why im worrry is....my leg very thin..but my chest and top quite big....
when i walk..i feel that my legs dont have enough strength to carry my body and my leg will be exhausted...i also can feel heavy weight on top drop on my legs..
my body is like a chicken..but the leg like kaki ayam
I know my weight and my height is ideal....but i prefer im standing at 178 cm ...weighing at 67 to 69 kg....I want to maintain that...BMI also ideal..
but i see myself in the mirror...im not fat but not muscular either...not those lembik skin..it's tight but cannot see muscle..but my bone is quite thin..so where is all the weight?i wonder where the weight at so i can exercise on it...
i think my chest lar..it's quite wide nowadays...
somemore dont know why..when my weight shoots up...im so lembik not strong like i used to be....
last time during school days im 70++ kg..i can even lift myself 2 times with my right hand,do one hand pumping...go to play those arcade boxing machine sure score 130++..thats why i even have the guts to challenge darklight79 for arm-wrestling..kekekkee..
now use 2 hands also cannot lift up myself.....
do i need to go back to exercise?
i drink and also smoke...should i stop..does it related to my problem?
