i have a problem..why my cpu donwan go above 2.18ghz

im using abit kn9 sli
amd x2 3800(buy from ycinator bulk)
psu acbel natural fighter e2 power 350w
ram 512mb ddr 667

im very2 noob in oc,hope the pro one can help me

is the psu the only problem?
if i clock up the bus speed to 218 and above
windows donwan boot at all

but the shop i go recomended me to use this psu..
said the psu is pure power...
it not divide by 2..

im using 2 hdisk
msi 7900gs
1 dvdrom

how 2 set ram divider?hav any link that usefull

sory guy cause i'm noobie about O'C

same as sempronic i think
but i can't OC my proc more than 2.1ghz..
what is the problems?

tq sempronic,after lower the ram frequency
i can OC it..

erm, can pro here advice me more...
after Oc

i can go up to 2.4GHZ

but when go to 2.50Ghz
my pc cannot boot at all

Update..

wta:now im using 2xcorsair 512ddr2 667,if i combine with kingston 512ddr2 667
its is ok?
