I think the best value/performance for AM2 is AC Freezer64 Pro... only around RM100-ish

Some people don't really bother overclocking the RAM.... so M2N-E is probably a nice choice, considering it had better features compare to Biostar or MSI.
Like me... overclocking the RAM is my thing, and I love to feed RAM with extra juices.... that's when Biostar or DFI comes in handy (although the latter is slightly more extreme).

QUOTE(8tvt @ Aug 10 2006, 05:15 PM) i would say M2N-3 is great.. don't put it aside just becoz 1 less option.. i hope vdimm matter can be solved in the near future bios updates.. coz SLI ver using same pcb which can go to 2.5v... Same PCB does not mean the components are the same (take into account all those resistor values)

QUOTE(Merlin_of_light @ Aug 11 2006, 10:58 AM) Can Biostar Tforce550 support 7900GT / X1900XT? Im not sure, using such a powerful card on a budget mobo. Will it be ok? Why not? All PCI-e 16x has the same standard regardless any type of graphics card. QUOTE(Jealousy @ Aug 11 2006, 12:19 PM) AMD 3800 x2 AM2 ASUS M2N-E 1gb ram corair or kingston XFX 7600GT ACBEL 450 watt PSU
Regarding to my spec above... can any senior or proz.. suggest which ram should i get?? if i going to get hyperx ram.. corsair, kingston or any oth? Just bear in mind.... M2N-E probably wont work with performance RAM that is SPD-rated to run at 2.0v minimum.

QUOTE(tachlio @ Aug 13 2006, 12:55 PM) sorry bout bring back this old page did the multiple is fixed ?? can i try to put 1:1 or something near to AM2 ?? coz if is 1:1 my ram will be 333MHZ right then i don need to OC my ram then i can use 333as my FSB sorry about my noob Q There is no such thing as FSB:DRAM concept in AM2. The RAM divider is against the clockspeed... not FSB. That is why you need to refer to the table above. Multipliers are unlocked downwards except for the FX series. QUOTE(D@rk @ Aug 13 2006, 01:11 PM) XP90/120/90C with 128CFM delta will be more better. but you will need to find the AM2 RM Rev.B to use the XP-series.
