hi sifu, im using a Xeon E3-1230v2 with Gigabyte Z77x-D3H rev1.1 (BIOS F17f). I have come across VR Zone forum (link) where the forumers can go as low as 0.985V on their vcore.

I followed OC3D Gigabyte Undervolting Guide by setting the VCORE LLC to Extreme and my CPU VCORE to 0.985V. But upon running OCCT, the graph is shows that the VCORE still shoots up to 1.14-1.15V, HWMonitor also shows the same result.

May I get some feedback from the sifu here why is this happening? How come the VCORE is not limited to what i set in the BIOS?
