want to ask, whether when we buy several novelties keycap, example, dota2 and starcraft, does the price for the keycap postage added or will be the same to either one?

Not sure what you mean by "will be the same to either one", but all prices are COD. Postage is usually RM 8 for keycaps. Can combine multiple items with 1 postage.
For example:

1 pc Dota2 keycap, shipped to west malaysia:
keycap - RM 20
postage - RM 8
Total = RM 28

2 pcs Dota2 keycaps, shipped to WM:
Keycap - RM 20 x 2 = RM 40
Postage - RM 8
Total = RM 48

3 pcs Dota2 keycaps, 3 pcs Starcraft keycap, shipped to WM:
Dota2 keycaps - RM 20 x 3 = RM 60
Starcraft 2 keycaps - RM 20 x 3 = RM 60
Postage - RM 8
Total = RM 128
