I am pretty light footed actually.... but also thanks to the last round of refill with minimal jam...

I am anticipating a better mileage as the car is still new... 2500km mileage only now

Sorry if this is repeated, doesn't seem to find the answer.
How to check whether the car is using the new gearbox? From which batch on the car is using new gearbox? What are the improvement?
*
All Preve Premium ANCAP (6-airbags) are fitted with VT3+. This is certified by the manager of customer care Proton from Punch

Improvement -
1) NVH
2) More responsive... no lag compare to the old VT3 (huge difference)

The black color is stupidly glossy, and its painted after the car has been assembled. Got stupid amateur overspray and blobs everywhere!

To new owners (MY14 model), please check if your Preve has this issue.
*
Mine has it and I am extremely unhappy at the low-quality finishing..

At the hose yes...

Especially when the engine is hot, touching it leaving my fingerprint there but it eventually gone again...

Proton Edar FB clarified that it should not be painted as paint is a flammable item.

Went to SC they said is anti-rust doh.gif ... Now wanna go COSE but they only do normal service during weekend doh.gif

Misleading price..
on the top main pricing is RM64k +

when you look at below OTR RM70,000+

Discount 6k max ? If Preve LE.. 79,000 discount 6k..

I don't know man... "reverse" also can spell wrongly.

A lot of those SAs simply put up attractive prices to attract people look into their ads... Just call and ask is the best

The standard 16' Preve rim is too heavy. Went to PPC and had tried to carry it, really heavy....
hmm.gif
It comes into my mind to replace it with 16' R3 Rim...

guys,

any recommendation on tinted? Since our car come with pre-tinted, is it possible to apply another 1 on it?
*
But you will lose the warranty on the tint itself unless you go back to Eco-Tint

That's terrible bro .. I am on my first tank also, clocked 390++ km so far and based on meter, it can go around 150 km or so. I think, it is 50-50 between highway and city drive with speed not above 100kmph.
*
I have been doing like 450km+ in a full tank
Averaging 1L/11km...

I just refuelled again today. The first tank clocked 450km and refuelling cost was RM90 of Ron 95 which is about 20 sen/km. I am expecting 15-17 sen/km after a few services.
*
Did you try the proper method of measuring FC?

Refuel to full with 2 "tucks" - Reset Odo.. Run the tank - Refuel again to full with 2 "tucks"

Take the total KM run with that tank against the # litre you just refuelled.

what do you mean by tuck? is it the petrol host stops when touches the pipe? If so, yes I did but not 2 tuck. 1 tuck instead.
*
Yes mate...

Try 2 each time every full refuel.

This is how we measure our FC.. in a more accurate manner. With like 5-10 refuel you can roughly get the correct average FC for your car in mixed driving conditions already.

U r right, there's no temperature meter in the car, but the question is whether there's this outside temperature sensor, this will decide whether the "Climatic Control" feature is for real or fake because this system will need an outside Temperature sensor to function properly.
*
Why external sensor needed?

You just need to "sense" the internal °C to tell if it has reached the desired °C and if it should continue to "pump" or not.

guys,

anyone pasang reverse camera? I went to a shop but the shop told me need wire cut and may void warranty.

Anyone have installed and void warranty?
*
Look for howiechoo here or EA Autoworks...

They can do it without any cut of wires... Was last quoted RM320 for this but haven't install yet
