So what is the best driving method for driving in the city? I've tried my best to keep the car under 2000rpm. Yet my fuel consumption for a full tank is averaging 15L/100km

I drive in city too. Everyday to Pusat Bandaraya.

I don't mind the RPM to go more than 2000 RPM, but feel the pedal, you will know when vacuum is near 0, or boost is coming. I avoid accelerating hard except I can see road ahead is clear.

And I am a little excessive in one area, I shut down engine at traffic lights that I know I have to wait more than approximately 20 seconds.

Yeah, one trip to KL I will have about 3 stop and start. I'll let you guys know if my starter fails earlier than others. So far I don't have starter issue with all my cars though.

Fuel range not accurate. You can't possibly dump 5KM worth of fuel in just one start without flooding the engine.

Warm restart does not take much fuel.

Yes, but even after I fill up the tank fully, I could only get around 270km.. With normal town driving, based on my Fuelly siggy..

Very often I can go over 500 KM in one tank. Yesterday I've boosted hard up to 190KM/h, I'm sure this tank won't be good economy.

If the T&c stays the same, monthly quota is 2gb.

Balance? Try log in to your YES account.
Its prepaid based, as I know you cannot bring foward to next month.

The Yes 4G RM60 monthly quota is 2gb...however, u can subcribe other valuepack that listed in the website.

About the balance, it can bring forward a maximum of RM30 from your balance.

Eg: If Did not use any balance from this month, the RM60 - RM30 = RM 30 will only be carry forward.

I think mine is the old version, the transparent blue one. I leave it in the car, connected to the OBD port.

Does it get disconnected or hang? YES unfortunately. It's cheap, if you need more robust data logging that adapter is not it. HOWEVER, you can set a few settings, such as disable "Faster communication" and enable "Disable ELM327 auto timing adjust (Slow mode)" in Torque. Now I can get 1.5 hours of connection with the ODB. The update rate is a little slow, about 1 per second, but it is OK for me as it is just for observation data.

This is the reading from my OBD today, during jam in Federal Highway. I was creeping along in traffic, and the IAT is quite high:

A few minutes later when traffic clears, I got to 80 kph and the temps quickly goes down. Here I am decelerating (foot off the pedal, that's why the fuel flow is so low and it is deep in vaccuum:

Preve deceleration (lift off throttle, engine braking) doesn't go into open loop mode? hmm.gif

That's the result of "Slow mode" option in Torque, for more stable connection with the OBD2 Adapter. I think some sensors are polled differently.

u will be surprised if u only pump half tank instead of full tank for city drive, u will get more mileage...
