DotA-Allstars Rules Update!

As always, we appreciate feedback from gamers. Because of that, we've updated the rules for DotA-Allstars, and the match length is now fixed at 90 minutes, instead of 60 minutes. Thats right, DotA-Allstars matches are now at 90 minutes. This rules update will take effective immediately ONLY for the National Finals! Preliminaries are still at 60 minutes
