2) A6000 is USD800 (not released yet in Malaysia). XT1 is around USD 1600-1700. (both with kits lens)
3) Both very good performance. On paper, A6000 is better in lowlight.
XT1 is above ur budget.
If u wan less than 2.5k with good low light, try Sony RX100
