i would suggest the 70D, it's better than the 7D because of newer technology. you can refer to some websites for the direct comparison.
one thing i wonder though, why do you have lenses that overlap each other?
Yea, was reading dpreview and some other websites... Would rather wait for something that goes in pro range that is using APS-C. Worse case borrow body for some other usage

Lets see.. Long Story as below

1. 18-55 IS Broken after 7 years, no free time to go and repair it >.<. Got 18-55 IS STM foc when my friend give up DSLR. To be bundled with 400D for usage by my parents / siblings after I got myself a new body. Seldomly use even it is brand new with Warranty...

2. tammy 17-50 2.8 for general usage.
3. 18-200 IS purchased from some friends... generally for Travel usage, where lazy to "bring that much" lens at one single bag, since I do not have any zoom lens further then 55mm, so purchased it and theoretically it is my most used lens except I would need the 2.8 results and Great effects from my lovely tammy.
4. 50mm F 1.4 is won from contests in my ex-company... hence overlapping ALL lenses that I have own. Do love the low light support of that Lens especially with my body's ISO rate... but unfortunately I do not use that lens as often as my tammy + 18-200 IS... always in my Dry box...
In short, always utilize 18-200 + tammy, others are just kept in Dry-box..
