But based on my understanding, myeg not consider as utility.

Not that advisable also on getting cash vouchers. Best still plan properly on your monthly actual spending.
Like my own actual spending are rm100-200(mobile), rm200-300(groceries) and rm300-400(petrol), so rm600-900. Have to know that groceries are hard to predict the actual spending most of the time as it may have offer(like Top 2.5kg selling for rm9.20 in Rapid or salmon fish selling for rm20 per kg).
So whenever have such offer, I'll just sweep it to meet the rm1000. Then push it out to my neighbor. Like Milo 2kg softpack you can push to coffee shops.
