Once the annual fee kicked in, can i refuse to pay and terminate my card?
I've requested for a waiver but the CS mentioned it needed to be billed first before they can attempt any waiver. I have worries that once billed i must pay whether terminate or not. |

Called to ask for a waiver on my annual fee. CS say no waiver for Wise.
When i enquired about downgrading my card to gold for cheaper annual fee, CS say if you downgrade then no longer entitle for any rebate. I was like WTF... Anyone have any idea on the downgrading part? |
