today received statement, how come got annual fee of rm300?

Just spoke to CS and told him about the RM300 annual fee. Terus he told me cannot waive. Then I said when apply time SA say no this fee that fee and now got rm300 so I want to cancel.......then he said will help me get waiver for 1 year.
