sad, that HLB person told me Streamyx is under the utilities category, but HLB website hasn't updated yet= =So confirm TNB and SYABAS bill via payonline.com qualified for 10% CB? and Still can split into 10 transactions?
Wondering does this technic could apply to HLB pay and save account which pay more than 15 RM50 or above bills can get 2% CB.
