I just called Hong Leong CS. Some info to share for newbie :

1. GST - Waive if you swipe within 45 days (Any amount)
2. Annual Fee - Waive if you swipe within 45 days (Any amount)
3. If you apply for the 2 card, WISE and GSC, both need to swap in order to enjoy above
4. 6 Digit Pin - Will post to you via Snail Mail within 2 weeks after you get your CC
5. Transaction is count as posted transaction - 1st to end of the month
6. Rebate will be given next month on the 28th day
7. If you pay your TNB bill RM150, using three time, RM50 (RM50 x 3), it will consider 3 transaction

Guess, these answer everything. At least for me.

Quite easy to enjoy the 10% cash back.

They will said cannot waive and etc. So, before your one year anniversary, two months before the date, you call them, said you want to cancel, unless you can waive the AF and GST.

Also, besides that, there are better credit card out there now.
