could be either what CS told me was true (2nd recurring payment no need OTP, however i presume previous OTP still valid) or payonline page is really b uggy
Notification email, till now didnt receive any single email. veryyyyyyy weird.
I'll wait for HLB Connect to get refreshed and see what's being charged. CS couldnt check any transaction posted to their system yet.
Payonline will notify you the status via email, either approved or reject. My last payment via Payonline is yesterday 4:11pm, received email notification 7:56am this morning.
Every time I did payment with it, it give me 1 OTP for each transaction, even I paid 3 bills at the same time, I get 3 OTP and key in all 3, 1 by 1. "2nd recurring payment no need OTP" is not true to me.
Normally it will take 2 days to be posted in HL Connect, sometimes longer.
