Must key in Visa CC during the payment details page, then it will automatically deduct.
Don't proceed to confirm if you dont see -12% deduction after you key in visa cc ya, otherwise will charge u full price...

If say my monthly TNB bill is about 200, can i split my txn into 4 times so i can hit the minimum 10 times quota?

Has any of you having problem with getting the OTP?
I realised Hong Leong's system is really sucky compared to Maybank.

I've never had any issue with maybank's TAC for the past 10 years i've been using MBB but the first time using Hong Leong already got problem with their OTP. Called CS and he said their system error, ask me to try again in 30 mins.

Also takes them a few days to post transaction online vs maybank the next day.

This is what i did too. I applied the combo 2 months ago - Wise Gold +Gsc Gold. GST + annual fees all waived, didnt even have to pay anything for these 2 cards (for the first yr).
Infact, HLB sent me free gift that i didnt know i qualified.. They couried Wayway driving recorder and Transformer Travel Bag to me Also got free GSC movie ticket for the GSC card, plus everytime buy ticket dont need to que with everyone, special lane. I will cancel the GSC card after first yr to avoid paying GST
