Bros, anyone encountered this before. The latest statement didn't show "SAJ Holdings" (water company) under utility category, but previous statement showed it was and received the rebate. I called customer service, they said it's under utility..

Any question is, anyone tried to top up U-mobile from payonline.com? Is it under mobile category?

Thanks. smile.gif

If it takes 9 days to get posted, the fault lies on the merchant. Most probably they lost your signature slip and found it a week later, resulting a pending period of 9 days.

are you saying that hlb developed a system to purposely withhold merchant's submission as long as possible from being posted to our statement?

and another system to quickly capture any submission from merchant to be posted to your statement as soon as possible?

so in this way they can control the cash back that they are paying back to their users by failing/qualifying you for the cash back as they like?

LOL!

Confirmed with the station operator. He admitted that he was lazy whistling.gif
As all the banks require merchant to do settlement everyday but he did it 2 days once. He got the money on 23rd which usually bank will transfer the money after 1 working day.
So hanky panky happen where hmm.gif

May I ask if my statement date is 18th, does it mean my monthly calculation for the rebate will be 30 days base on 18th this month to 17th next month? Or it will still calculate 30 days start from 1st of month? Abit confuse to plan my usage now.

statement date is for you to pay your outstanding balance (within 20 days from the date).
rebate is always calculated on monthly basis from 1st to the last day of the month. receive the rebate on the 28th of the following month.

If your statement date is 18th , it only means your payment due date on the 7th or 8th of next month! Your monthly calculation start from the 1st of every calender month. You accumulate your transaction throughout the month until you reach 10 transactions of minimum RM50 posted into your account, then you qualify for CashBack ! At the last day of the month, your qualifying CB transactions that has been posted will be calculated and you will get the cash on the 28th of next month.

Can request changing the statement date to end of month, then stop all transactions 5-10 days earlier to have better control brows.gif
