calling CS is the fastest and better way, cuz that's what captured by their system.

I do this everytime swiping my Wise at new merchants, locations, or different/irregular merchant name (e.g. Petronas vs PSS)

But based on my understanding, myeg not consider as utility.

CS usually won't really give the answer on the first time. This is their SOP.
If you are lucky, maybe ask for third time may get answer, mine even they send me a hard copy mail but still can't answer my question.
Ask you may or may not get the answer. You may not get the answer if saying something bad on WISE.

Tips for those who choose groceries as one of the categories, you can buy giant gift card at RM50 to accumulate your minimum 10 transactions x RM50.
The gift card expire in 2 years.
You no need to force yourself to buy at least RM50 groceries each time.
Buy one time RM50 value gift card, pay multiple times of groceries <RM50.

You can buy Aeon BIG gift card also, but it expire in 1 year.

Yep, that's what I did on month 1 after gotten Wise. Subsequent months, I don't need anymore cuz preplanning and discipline my parents from buying if <RM50 amount

If u can plan your 10xRM50 transactions for whole month, you'd meet it. If still cannot meet, just reload your TNG card

but i use myeg to pay utility bill o.. i tot function same like i use Payonline pay utility only?

Not that advisable also on getting cash vouchers. Best still plan properly on your monthly actual spending.
Like my own actual spending are rm100-200(mobile), rm200-300(groceries) and rm300-400(petrol), so rm600-900. Have to know that groceries are hard to predict the actual spending most of the time as it may have offer(like Top 2.5kg selling for rm9.20 in Rapid or salmon fish selling for rm20 per kg).
So whenever have such offer, I'll just sweep it to meet the rm1000. Then push it out to my neighbor. Like Milo 2kg softpack you can push to coffee shops.

You won't know until it comes out in the statement.
If you don't get it, you need to use your account and ask them. Then enjoy how they twist and bring you round the garden.
I've been through all this so I will stick to the places I'm sure getting cash back.
That's why I never use utilities.
