What victor mean if the merchant code is under departmental then yes. Because the bank just recognize by the code, wouldn't care what we buy.

In Johor Bahru, purchase AEON voucher from Bukit Indah, Tmn Universiti & Desa Tebrau rebate is under Departmental....Permas Jaya is under Grocery because CS is in supermarket ! Please take note JB folks.

That's why I don't bother going to Jusco. As in Seremban, every shopping complex parking are FOC while Jusco need to pay.

Since the system maintanance for the past few days is now over, did anyone notice that most transactions is now posted the next day?

Maybe they upgrade to a better system that enables them to post faster    My last 3 transactions all posted the next day though

their sms alert can set at RM1 ?

Yes... mine is set to RM1 and the SMS Transaction Alert still doesn't work until today.
Maybe need to send them a new form or HLB pandai-pandai reset back to normal default setting ?

CS doesn't allow me to set anything less than RM 100 . And i malas fight back. 

I faced the same situation also. Tried to register hlbconnect account with atm pin number received via post but get error. 
Btw, is that normal to received RM200 sms alert at petrol station while I only use RM50?

You should have taken the CS name n report to HL. Such a rude and incompetence CS. 

Has anyone experienced fraudulent charges to his Wise card? I had it yesterday, received SMS at 14.49hr  saying my Card was debited RM200 at Petrol Station (at my regular kiosk).

First i thought it could be some late SMS for my last transaction. My last usage was 21.3.2014 as I had achieved my target Cash Rebate RM100 for the month. So the card was in my drawer since then.
But when i called up the CS at 1930 hr, i was shocked to know that my card was 'used' at that kiosk yesterday. How much the amount she doesnt know as need a few days to see in on screen.

Now all the hassle, cancel the card and get new replacement, sigh.......hopefully no charges to me, no new GST no AF and cancel the fraudulent charges..

so watch out guys, the SMS alert is not to be taken lightly!

i thought i had the same problem too.. but thing is.. i still stay with my family.. so my dad jus retired.. so my whole family roughly about 3 cars use my wise cc to pump petrol. confirm can spend rm1k (min 10 swipes) a month on petrol alone.. tats how i maximise this card. if go out dinner with family thn use lo..

say u stay with family or got gf. share ur card get b the 90% cost sure can hit 10 min transactions.

the card was with me all the time , locked in my drawer , no one could access it. Never  out of my sight all the time when swiped at Grocery and kiosk at pump only.

Actually that was what i thought also, a mistake in SMS. But the silly  HL system  showed that card was swiped and RM200 withheld for petrol that day. But till now there is no charges on online checking. Likely to be a system mistake, but the CS already cancelled off my card, SOP she said, now waiting for replacement, what a hassle if there is really no fraud.

Why the HL system so silly could not even tell transaction done or not done on that day? Mistake on SMS not enough, mistake into the system showing transaction on the day i did not even use that card!

I only got one left to complete 10x transactions. Can anybody suggest what type of transaction would be able to post on the same day ?

Why less ppl choose the utilities?

Mu tnb bill alone also can fulfil the 10x already. Just split it to rm50x10.  Lol
