hmm.. but those category got any cap?

btw 10 transaction but 3 is in the category that chosen by me. only the 3 transaction entitle 10% cashback right? because my total transaction are 10.

or must be 10 transaction in the category only entitle 10% cash back?
*
no cap for category.

yes, only the 3 transaction in your chosen categories entitled for the 10% cb.

don't have to be all 10 in the chosen category to be entitled for the 10% cb.

when you cut your uob one card, your 5%+2% petrol cb and 10% gsc smart$ also ended.
so you need hlb wise to replace petrol and hlb gsc to replace gsc. LOL! laugh.gif

take note of the minimum average 2 transactions of Rm 100 each u need to perform every 3 days.

dont understand what is this. mind to explain more?
as i tot rm50 will do for each transaction? thanks
*
i think he meant rm100 x 10 times swipe = rm1k (fully maximise rm100 cb)
and you need to do the above twice for 2 pcs of hlb wise cards.

yes, rm50 will do but you need to swipe 20 times to fully maximise it (if you wish to fully maximise it).

just curious. if 10% cb for RM985 = RM98.5, it will round-up to RM99 or RM100?  sweat.gif
*
he means rm335 (rm34 cb) + rm325 (rm33 cb) + rm325 (rm33 cb)

Just wondering what exactly is retail transaction?
i read it on other credit cards term and condition thing too, but dont quite understand...

Does it mean must be physical retail shop purchase? purchase item online, pay phone bill, pay petrol, internet bill... does all these consider retail transaction? since we dont go physical shop with cashier.
is it possible to use credit card to pay car loan on ambank?
and does it consider as 1 retail transaction?
*
retail transaction includes purchase item online, pay phone bill, pay petrol, internet bill...

you can't use credit card to pay loans.

Cash from CC = future money mar, pay with CC doesn't mean pay with future money also?  Haha.

But don't play play with this future money la. Will get in trouble doing this. (pay loan with CC cash)
*
if want to pay loan using cash advance from cc, it's better not to pay the loan at all. interest from loan is much lower than the interest from cc cash advance. sweat.gif

Never.
But then I already get used to what HLB dirty tricks. Just want to show it takes 9 days to get it posted. Have to ask that petrol station on this matter(know them very well) hmm.gif
*
are you saying that hlb developed a system to purposely withhold merchant's submission as long as possible from being posted to our statement?

and another system to quickly capture any submission from merchant to be posted to your statement as soon as possible?

so in this way they can control the cash back that they are paying back to their users by failing/qualifying you for the cash back as they like?

LOL!

To be honest, i'd be very glad to have transaction posted in 9 days than in 2-3 days.. A transaction posted in 9 days have a potential interest free period of 59 days !
*
but in order to maximize the hlb wise rm100 monthly cb, the 9 days late posting date will mess up the plan (especially for transaction near the end of the month).

May I ask if my statement date is 18th, does it mean my monthly calculation for the rebate will be 30 days base on 18th this month to 17th next month? Or it will still calculate 30 days start from 1st of month? Abit confuse to plan my usage now.
*
statement date is for you to pay your outstanding balance (within 20 days from the date).
rebate is always calculated on monthly basis from 1st to the last day of the month. receive the rebate on the 28th of the following month.

Ok noted. So that's mean i need to view at 2 months statement to calculate my monthly rebate from 1st to end of every month. So troublesome.
*
yeah, that's true... it's quite troublesome... but worth the trouble... hehe...
