No need to buy expensive lands. In fact there r some cpo lands selling at 40k - 90k per acre. Those tat selling with premium eg. 80k or 90k usually have beta productivity per acre per mth. Usually oledi 7 or 8 yrs. Can still last for another 15 to 20 yrs. Not a bad investment.
If buying 100psf at pahang means most likely prime land under commi or ind title. If buying for development then sound logic. Otherwise agricultural lands ll b a beta option for long term keep. Further with income.
Btw loan for land usually 50% - 60%. Some require borrowers to have some activities on the land.
