Thought of starting a thread on the KEN Rimba Condominium
Starting price - RM 399 onwards Soft launch - 8/3/2014 Rating - BCA Green Mark Platinum (EDIT: for Condo 2, Condo 1 is Gold Plus) 3 blocks with 679 units (1100+ square feet) + 26 villas (2600+ square feet). Used to stay in Crimson and I didn't realise how noisy it was to be next to NKVE until I moved out.Then again units not facing highway would be neat. |

Yup, I do agree facing highway is way too noisy, but you can pick the 1 facing inside instead of facing highway. Also the ken project I went last time for their landed surrounding is the 1 I don't likeThen again units not facing highway would be neat. |
