Thought of starting a thread on the KEN Rimba Condominium

Starting price - RM 399 onwards
Soft launch - 8/3/2014
Rating - BCA Green Mark Platinum (EDIT: for Condo 2, Condo 1 is Gold Plus)

3 blocks with 679 units (1100+ square feet) + 26 villas (2600+ square feet).

Situated behind the row of shop houses facing entrance. To the right of Ken Rimba Jimbaran houses.

Show gallery at KEN Rimba seksyen 16. Take left at Padang Jawa turn at federal highway then turn right, it's on your left after 5-600 meters.

No floor plan here tho.

Hahahah, cari makan saja la. SA said about 70-80% sold and I think that was during first day of launch, not sure now. Probably higher price when 2nd & 3rd block launches.

Such is the crazy property prices in Klang Valley, and probably whole of Malaysia right now. o.O

compare this to V residensi 2, V residensi 2 location wise is way better, price wise 42x psf compare to this 399, surrounding V residensi 2 is better

Yah, distance wise V Residensi 2 would be way closer to KL & PJ, but proximity to highway is something I don't necessarily like. Used to stay in Crimson and I didn't realise how noisy it was to be next to NKVE until I moved out.

Then again units not facing highway would be neat.

Yup, I do agree facing highway is way too noisy, but you can pick the 1 facing inside instead of facing highway. Also the ken project I went last time for their landed surrounding is the 1 I don't like
