How to lock agp/pci ratio, Gigabyte 8VM800M mobo..no option in BIOS

As above...i wanted to oc but the problem is the agp/pci cant be lock n it will also increase when i add up the FSB n will eventually fail..tried the bundled software (EASYTUNE) but doin no good...is there anyway to overcome this...hope all sifus here can help me
