How about the screen color if compared with XZU? Which u more prefer? Coz my wife using Mega and the IPS Screen color is much vivid than my current S2 Amoled Screen Amoled Screen. Really like to test it out this monster but sad things is at Sabah not much Shop carry Huawei brand, goto ask them they giv a damn face and answer me we not selling cheap phone like China Brand. doh.gif
*
The display looks very very much better than XZU. But again display preferences differ from person to person
Amoled colors are known to be more faked than real

Try buying online from superbuy, lazada, directd - these are all reliable online sellers
Huawei online site vmall also selling but at rm1399

Laggy is subjective. I suggest you test it yourself
Personally I find it very smooth n lag if any is negligible
Will post some pics next few days
Hadn't take any serious pics but few tests show camera is very snappy n fast

I always buy thing via online like my wife Mega bought from Superbuy and my Nexus 10 bought from Sevenmobile. Here the phone price still at high site compared with West Malaysia. Many people said THis X1 screen reallly sharp so i think won let me down guah. Will c Taobao got many case for this phone or not than decide buy or not.

BTW, thank you very much and other member had give their feedback. Hopefully can join this group soon.

The audio quality I have no complains. It trounces the XZU greatly. Even though speakers are at back the sound is crisp n clear n sufficiently loud too. No idea on x3s quality. I would say those who wish to buy this will solely for its display quality n size.

yoyoan nice teardown. But the battery will be hard to find if it needs replacing. Due to its slimness, the screen will be affected if the battery starts to bulge.

Edit: stupid SwiftKey autocorrect.

i had draw out the dimension and cut it out to see the actual size, since not bad if compared with Samsung Mega.

Does it lag when open multiple heavy app in background and switching among it?

Using mi3 with s800 doesnt feel any lags. But on my mega 6.3 with s400, quite laggy. Wonder this kirin910 can compare with s600?

So far no issue at all with my apps...all those on my XZU, LG pad n ex Note3 works
However I have no comments on games app as I don't install these much. Only games I have on the phone is asphalt 6, Riptide, Templerun, Angry birds ...tested these all OK. Anyway games only for my son when he is back n want to play with the phone.
Any particular app you are interested in??

Examples of heavy app ?

I usually have email, RSS, Newsfeed, Facebook open in background while browsing. There is no noticeable lag

1st day of Mediapad X1.

Last night 10pm finish charge 100%, this morning wake up with 88%. The night is with WIFI & DATA on. Sync off. Power saving mode NORMAL.

Check battery, its google service issue.

Morning ON Sync, until now 82%.
Seem like today i have to ROOT it and do some tweak.

Camera quality so far its good, just took a few documentation photo. Weekend will try outdoor photo. By lens and specification sheet. Mediapad X1 camera is F2.0 while my Note 3 is F2.2 so Mediapad X1 camera is better than Note 3 camera according to spec.

Screen is fantastic for gaming, reading. So far its the best screen i ever have on my mobile device.

Copy XZU slogan abit. Big screen, BIG entertainment mah.

BTW, anyone using any SP or tempered glass? If got, can recommend any good quality type?

Also what about casing? Huawei store in Lowyat selling Nilkin but the price is like RM169 for flip casing with the small window.
