bro, can ask few things about X1:
1) saw other review huawei launcher is laggy. Have u try replace with nova launcher or u feel there is no lag?
2) in case preinstalled rom buggy, where to download other rom?
3) any bug with preinstalled rom other than youtube bug? How to fix this?

1.lag and android are best friend but still,compared to previous years,the lag on android nowadays are acceptable.it is far from reaching the annoying level.long story short,im ok with stock launcher.

2.so far i have no idea but supposed to be there somewhere in the web

3.at the moment i only encountered with youtube problem.other than that all ok.same thing happened to honor 3c which is also a model from huawei where youtube also got problem.there is solution for that and i think im going to try to do the same with my mediapad.will update later if succeed.

I install playstore by my self..i sync my gmail with my phone and so far no problem at all..

amaze by the design (slim and thin bezel), reverse charging, non tattoo in the front... but hopefully will amaze by the price so that i can get myself one unit

The first mediapad retailed for 1399, then quite quickly became 1299 and it stayed there for a long while.

I got mine used off a forumer for 800 after 5 months.

For a LTE version on 16gb I am willing to pay rm1200 for it...hopefully there will be a 32gb version too

tempted with this too now. Hopefully huawei can bring in in cheaper price.

Yes jloi..i bought from him.the guy is kinda clueless.always mentioned selling mediapad but actually its honor x1.

i see. Gotta wait Huawei Malaysia announce the price since LTE more like future proof (and i actually just changed my sim card to new 1 just to get LTE)

ohhh....means it's selling in MY ady? was hoping to buy it at below 1k, 4g is nt reli important for me...this phablet is for 2nd no.

1) Not sure about huawei medaipad x1 since don't own it but a quad core cortex A7 can even ran 4.4.2 smooth with no lag. OEM launcher is basically heavy skin imho. Just hope that the mediapad x1 will get 4.4.2 asap

2) you'll have to wait for huawei release their source code and hope that lots of devs working on it. Probably can surf some chinese website regarding the chinese variant of the X1. And looking at the past, you'll have to wait quite some time for huawei to release their source code though
