I won't recommend any other big 4 except PWC.
PWC is the only firm that doesn't lose their employees.

Staff turnover is damn high, I joined last year, and half of the people in here now are new faces.
The other half resigned.

I feel like in accounting environment...
People tell you what to do, you don't decide yourself.

Everything is about rules and regulation, you don't even think about acting in good faith and bend the rules.
Everything is about money, don't waste your time and money acting on good faith or charity.

It feels like I cannot be myself anymore, this is not what I want.
Time to throw the letter straight right on my boss's face.

Ok enough whining.
So which job should I change to? Polls are suggestion that I used to do as a hobby or have interest in.
Earn how much not important, most important is I am happy what I'm doing
