I will another medical checkup.
but even hiv symptoms all of them always happend.
Fever
Swollen glands
Sore throat
Rash
Fatigue
Muscle and joint aches and pains
Headache
diarrhea.

Don't stress yourself too much before your second checkup.

After you went for your checkup, if its really is HIV, you need to tell your family and discuss with them. You will need their support, be it moral support, financial support etc...

If you don mind me asking, do you have any idea how you contracted it? You don't have to answer if you don't want to.

Bad news, there is still no cure.

Good news, these days, with proper treatment, it can be pushed forward until, eventually something else kills you. Nobody lives forever. Everybody dies.

Of course, as so many already stated above, this is assuming that this is not just a false positive. It happens.
