is it something worng with my new dongle or i need to do something, like activate it first or something....

i just brought new yes 4g dongle, and seems like my new dongle cant get any connection to the CONNECT..when i test using my fren dongle, it can be connected....
is it something worng with my new dongle or i need to do something, like activate it first or something.... PLEASE HELP MEE .... |

As far as I know no need to activate the dongle. For new dongle we only need to register them in our yes account to activate the warranty for the device.

Try uninstall the driver, then get all the windows update installed. Download & install latest driver/connect installer from yes.my website. Try this step 1st and if still not work then you need to seen an advice from yes tech support or from the shop where you bought em.
